I use harrods mainly because the brand selection is really strong. You get the big designer names, but also some smaller labels I don’t always come across on other sites. It’s easy to browse around and compare things, which I like. The prices are about what you’d expect, so not exactly cheap, but the variety makes it worth checking now and then. I do sometimes wonder if everything is really worth the price in terms of quality, so I tend to read details carefully before ordering...

The rewards are actually good, and I was excited to use the perks, but I kind of regret not realizing how slow the points update would be. It takes longer than I expected, which makes the whole experience a bit frustrating

I sent back a jumper about a week ago and the whole thing was straightforward. The return label was easy to sort out, and the refund showed up sooner than I was expecting, maybe within a few days or so. Didn’t have to chase anyone, which was a nice surprise. Happy overall

I ordered this from Harrods and, i’m still a bit confused by how quickly it showed up. I was expecting to wait a while, but it arrived way sooner than I thought. No hassle or anything, and the parcel was in good shape too, so no complaints from me.

I had a quick question about my order, so I messaged customer service and they got back to me fast. They answered clearly and sorted everything out without making it complicated. I was actually telling my sister how nice it was to get a helpful reply that quickly. Really appreciated it.

The box looked nice at first glance, like, okay, this is better than I expected. But then I noticed the corners were a bit crushed, and I was kind of like, hmm, that’s a little disappointing. Not a huge deal, but definitely something I noticed.

I do like browsing Harrods, and the delivery has been fine whenever I’ve ordered. But the stock situation can be a bit frustrating. A few times I’ve put something in my basket thinking, great, that’s sorted... and then suddenly it’s out of stock, or the size I wanted just disappears. I guess things sell fast, but it would be better if the site updated a bit quicker. Not a terrible experience or anything, just annoying when you think you’ve finally found what you wanted and then.....

Support did end up helping me, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the replies felt slow, and the overall tone came across a little too distant at times. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth or responsive as I was hoping for.

I ordered a hamper from harrods for my mum’s birthday and, to be fair, it turned up right on time and was packed beautifully. My mum was really happy with all the little treats inside, which is what mattered most. It was definitely on the expensive side, and I did wonder if part of the price is just because they know people will pay extra for the Harrods name and fancy presentation. Still, for a special occasion, it felt worth it.

I ordered from harrods to Canada i have mixed feelings. The items showed up in good condition, so I can’t really complain there, and it did feel like a nice purchase. But at the same time, the international shipping took longer than the estimate, which was frustrating considering the delivery cost. Tracking also barely updated, so it felt like my order was just floating around somewhere. Customer service did reply, but not exactly quickly. Overall, it was fine and I’m glad everything arrived safely, but it also wasn’t nearly as smooth as I expected. I’d probably order again, but weirdly, I’d also think twice if I needed it by a certain date.

The prices definitely aren’t cheap, but I suppose that’s not too surprising with Harrods. I’ve found some good deals during sales, but when items are full price, it can feel a little hard to justify, especially once delivery is added on.

I’d still give it 4 stars because the selection is great and I haven’t had any major issues with my orders. I’m satisfied with what I’ve bought, but I do wish the pricing and delivery costs felt a bit more reasonable sometimes.
